When Using Our Products During a Power Outage (Hairdressing Products)

We recognize the challenges our customers are experiencing and would like to share important safety precautions for using our products.
(1) How to respond during a power outage
To avoid unexpected operation when power is restored, please follow these steps.

In the event of a power outage, turn off the main power switch and unplug the power plug from the outlet. |
| Built-in products (furniture, etc.) |
Turn off the main switch (power switch) of all equipment connected to the service outlet, and unplug the power cord from the service outlet. Turn off (switch off) the circuit breaker (switch) for the building connected to the product. |
After a power outage, the power supply may be unstable, which could affect the product’s operation. If you notice any irregularities, stop using the product immediately, turn off the main power switch, and unplug it.
For customers using private or emergency generators, please allow 20 - 30 minutes after startup for the power to stabilize. Confirm that the power supply is fully stable before use.
(2) Precautions for each product

Electric hairdressing chairs and beds
If a power outage occurs at a high position during treatment, the device will not be able to descend. If a customer needs to get on or off the device in this condition, please take the utmost care to prevent injury to the customer or the device from tipping over, such as by having someone assist them.
In particular, for products with built-in heaters, please unplug the power cord from the outlet during a power outage to prevent fires caused by unintended operation when power is restored.
