In particular, with the expansion of remote work, the importance of improving the way employees work and the quality of their work is being recognized more than ever from the perspective of health management. The level of happiness in employees' lives through work also leads to improved work productivity, so companies need to provide support for career planning, family issues, and unresolved mental and physical troubles. To address these concerns, starting today, December 1st, we have launched a ``Life Stage Consultation System,'' in which midwives who are both nurses and have professional licenses serve as corporate advisors and provide support to working people using their extensive knowledge and experience. We aim to create an environment where employees can move forward and thrive by freely consulting with midwives who have specialized knowledge, even when they don't have time to go to the hospital or the hurdles are too high.

■System content

(1)Online consultation... 24 hours a day, 365 days a year/unlimited.
Applications will begin on the dedicated platform on December 1st. All group employees can consult via email, or even from home. In consideration of privacy, the details of the consultation will not be disclosed to the company and can be done anonymously.
(2)Seminars: Webinars are held four times a year on themes such as gender and childcare.
The first event will be held on December 16th. Plans are underway to cover topics such as the relationship between health management and work efficiency.

■Background of the introduction of the system
At TAKARA BELMONT Group, almost 100% of female employees take childcare leave, and an increasing number of female employees continue to work after giving birth to their second or subsequent child. However, an internal survey revealed the difficulty of balancing work with childcare and the difficulty of building a career plan.
For example, there was an employee who expressed breast milk in the toilet after childcare leave because there was no place to express milk and was concerned about hygiene.People around her were not aware of this problem, and it was difficult for her to talk to others about it. . Another employee was approached for a management position just as she was about to start trying to conceive. These are worries and concerns for managers who have female subordinates, as well as for women who are about to experience a life event such as pregnancy.
There are also employees who are worried about their health but postpone or put off going to the hospital due to their busy schedules.
However, there is no place where you can feel free to talk about these concerns, and hospitals and other facilities have high hurdles to receive professional answers even when you are not even sick, so you have to be passive, and as a result, it is difficult to find a person who is sick. It may also take some time to do so. We decided to introduce this system with the aim of further promoting health management by alleviating these concerns.

Midwives are all specialists with nursing qualifications, and half of them also have public health nurse qualifications. ■The “Life Stage Consultation System” was born from “MOVE-T,” an in-house project centered on young people.
The members, who are in their 20s to 40s, collected the voices of employees that emerged through in-house interviews while thinking about the ``beautiful lives'' of employees. We held repeated discussions with the Human Resources Department to establish a system. We took the lead in promoting the project, and after about half a year of preparation, we were able to get to today's start.
